PRODUCTION OF
ARTEMIA CYSTES
Let's face it, nature does most of the work for us. We only gratefully take its resources to make live feed convenient and efficient to use on the world's many aquaculture farms.
The company has a full production cycle, which starts with the preparation of cysts on the shore and ends with the packaging of the finished product. Over 200 employees work at the enterprise. The workshops are facilitated with modern equipment. All technological processes are aimed to obtain high quality products and are controlled at all stages by staff of the company's laboratory. Our goal is to get the highest quality products that meet all the standards of world aquaculture.
The production cycle includes the following steps:
Harvesting of cysts.
The cysts are collected from the water surface using booms and special nets, while the shore release is done with scrapers. It is the stage where quality control begins

Wash-off is divided into 2 stages:
Primary - on shore, through mobile units.
Finishing stage is carried out in the workshop of the enterprise. Cascade system of pools, filled with filtered salt water, allows you to get the most free of impurities.
Temperature activation.
A very important stage for obtaining high quality products. The company has freezers with a total volume of 1100 m3, where cysts are stored at subzero temperatures for 2-4 months. In the drying chambers, cysts are dried to a humidity of 6-8%. Then each batch is tested for hatching and moisture content, and subdivided into quality groups.
Packing. A specialized workshop is provided with all the necessary equipment for packing Artemia cysts. The type and size of packaging depends on the individual requests of our customers.
